Christine DeMichele Consiglio, Esquire is a summa cum laude graduate of The University of Scranton and a graduate of The University of Pittsburgh, School of Law. Mrs. Consiglio concentrates her practice in health care law, including providing consultation to health care facilities, and in administrative agency matters. She provides support to and representation of states in Section 1983 class actions, Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA) actions, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) actions. Mrs. Consiglio served for four years as Assistant Counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare and has been working in the private sector since 1996. As well as being admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, she is admitted to practice in Federal Court in Pennsylvania before the Middle, Eastern and Western districts and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
